Golf Putting Instruction: An Exceptional Putting Lesson

Here’s an easygolf putting instruction to make improvements to your golf putting.

Before you can expect to putt skillfully on greens with a slope, you should be able to golf putt skillfully on the flat. This approach is going to train you to swing your putter through a direct line as well as strike the golf ball squarely on the face of the putter.

Now you have to find a putter that has a line on it you can view clearly, as this is going to be the line you will follow through to the middle of the golf ball.

On the practice green( if possible one that you have at your house, because this method may not necessarily be appreciated) you are going to mark straight lines using a builders chalk line in a number of directions from the centre of the golf hole spanning out all around the golf green.

Having somebody to hold on to the chalk line at the centre of the pin can certainly make the method simpler. Now maneuver around the golf green flicking the line to leave chalk marks over the green.

After that- set your golf ball on the line leaving some of the line on the putting surface visible behind the golf ball. This will assist you to be able to guide your swing.

You’ll then have the ability to swing your putter  making use of the line on the green as a guide and the line on the golf putter itself for you to connect with the core of the golf ball.

In a relatively short time you should find that you are managing to golf putt from a reasonably good distance and get the golf ball in the golf hole more often than not.

This will help you to develop the correct posture and consistency in order to putt well.

When you finish carrying this out for a time from various positions on the putting surface, relocate the ball off the line and then imagine that there is actually still a line on the putting surface by creating it mentally, looking from the ball towards the cup and back again many times.

Line up your golf putter as before and look at the actual line on the golf putter to hit the heart of the golf ball with this spot on your club.

You are now teaching yourself to observe an invisible line from the ball towards the cup for you to make use of on every putting surface you play golf on.

Best Golf GPS System in 2010

Best Golf GPS System Today

What’s the best golf GPS system for 2010? That’s like suggesting what’s the greatest city to live in or the best vacation spot. Some people take delight in the mountains, others relish the beach. On the other hand, it’s to a certain extent a matter of preference.

So, if you are in the market for a golf GPS system, how are you going to decide what’s the best golf GPS system for 2010 for you, your means, and your needs? Well, the first of all you need to do is to consider how much you want to spend. Hence you want to have some vision as to why you want this thing in the first place. Once you get those plans figured out, you can more easily settle on the best golf GPS system currently for you.

As far as the price, golf GPS units cost anywhere from $100 to $400. The foremost contrast between the lowest range to mid grade range models and the four hundred dollars systems is in the quality and extent of the graphics.

Lots of golf GPS units operate as range finders. That is they can tell you how far it is from wherever your ball is to the green. They do this by accessing the Global Positioning System satellites that now orbit the planet. (Same as your car GPS) So, if this is the only feature that you want, then a $150 model will work fine for you. Something like the iGolf Neo would be perfect. (It’s not the only choice in this price range ( Approximately $98), by the way. There are many other fine choices.)

On the other hand, if it’s the graphics you’re after, then you are going to be spending more. The Callaway, uPro Golf GPS, for instance can give you multiple views of both the fairway and the green of the particular hole you are playing. As you approach the tee, it will give you an aerial bird’s eye view. As you progress toward the green, it will show you yardages from where you are to the green. Also, it shows you an aerial view of the green. The Garmin Approach and the Golf Buddy Tour do the same thing. Although the Golf Buddy Tour’s graphics are not quite as spectacular.

In order to make sure that you’re getting the best golf GPS system in 2010, you need to ask yourself why you’re buying it in the first place. If you’re a gadget aficionado, and you just want to know what’s the best golf GPS system for 2010 that you can show off to your friends with, then something like the Callaway uPro or the Garmin Approach would be perfect. It would also be perfect if you play a lot of courses that are new or “newish” to you and you want that extra information that really detailed pictures of the fairway and the green will give you.

If, however, you’re more interested in things like instant calculation of your shot distance, help with angles of approach to the green, and keeping a historical record of scores and shots on the same course over time, then you probably don’t need all the graphics. So, what’s the best golf GPS system in 2010? It all depends on why you are buying it.
